Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. On receipt of the returned goods the Buyer will be fully refunded for the cost of the goods, excluding delivery charges. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on products that have been made to order as a backorder or from our bespoke service.

Can I place a backorder for an out of stock piece?

Yes. For items that are out of stock, where shown we allow back orders to be placed via this site. These will be available in 4 – 6 weeks. Please be aware that we are unable to offer a refund for pieces placed on a backorder.

Can I get a bespoke colour / size?

Yes. Please contact us using our Bespoke Order Enquiry Form so you can discuss your specific requirements directly with us. We are happy to produce styles in your choice of colour from our colour card and to your specific size. Please be aware that once an order for a bespoke piece is placed there are no return facilities as it will have been made specially for you.
